BOISE, Idaho, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Washington Group International (NYSE:WNG) announced today it has been awarded cost-reimbursable contracts by E85 Inc. to build E85's first three ethanol production plants in the Midwest.
