Top Unilever Shareholder Expresses Concern Over HQ Move -FT

--A top-five shareholder of Unilever has expressed reservations
over the company's proposed transfer of its headquarters to the
Netherlands, the Financial Times reports.
--Nick Train, the co-founder of Lindsell Train, which holds a
2.5% stake in Unilever, said he was worried that the move will
result in forced selling of shares of the company, according to the
FT.
--Shareholders have yet to approve the move, which is expected
to result in Unilever leaving the FTSE 100 Index.
