LONDON--Unilever PLC (ULVR.LN), a supplier of food, home and personal care products said Wednesday that it priced a $750 million 2.20% Fixed Rate Notes due March 6, 2019 on the U.S. market, adding that it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

MAIN FACTS:

-The anticipated closing date of the offering is Sept. 6.

-Unilever shares in London closed Tuesday at GBP24.60, valuing the company at GBP31.57 billion.
