BrainJuicer Group PLC (BJU.LN), announced Thursday that Unilever U.K. Holdings Limited (ULVR.LN), a substantial shareholder in the company, has sold its 1,667,057 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 235 pence per ordinary share.

MAIN FACTS:

-Following this transaction, Unilever now no longer holds any interest in the issued share capital of the company.

-Shares at 0814 GMT stood at 246 pence.
