Unilever PLC (ULVR.LN) said Tuesday that it has completed the previously announced sale of its interest in JohnsonDiversey.

MAIN FACTS:

-The cash consideration Unilever received was $390 million, which included both the originally announced cash consideration plus the proceeds of the sale of the 10.5% senior notes in JohnsonDiversey Holdings, Inc.

-Unilever retains a 4% interest in the newly recapitalised entity.
