Notification of Interest in Shares

Following a recent purchase of shares on 14 October 2003, Jupiter Asset
Management Limited has acquired a further 80,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each at a
price of 6p. This takes their interest in the Company to 3,516,286 Ordinary
shares which equates to 10.23% of the issued share capital. This information
falls to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 15, and as required by Sections
198 to 208 of the Companies Act 1985,

The Company was informed of the holding on 21 October 2003.
