                         Result of AGM and Board change



At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday 21 November 2003,
the Company confirms that all resolutions were duly passed.

Further, Gabriel Behr has resigned as Corporate Development Director with
immediate effect in order to pursue other challenges. The Board of NMI wish him
well in his new endeavours.
