Other Events

On June 28, 2019, Maiden Holdings, Ltd. (“Maiden”) and Enstar Group Limited (“Enstar”) mutually agreed to extend the time required to complete the previously announced loss portfolio transfer and adverse development reinsurance contract until July 31, 2019. The proposed agreement has been submitted to the applicable regulators for approval, which remains pending.
