| (1) | The 200 preferred shares reported as acquired in Table I represent Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares, Series 2021 ("VMTP Shares") beneficially owned by Wells Fargo Municipal Capital Strategies, LLC ("Capital Strategies") that were acquired from the Issuer at a price of $100,000 per share. Prior to this filing, Capital Strategies held 1,250 VMTP Shares issued by the Issuer. |

Wells Fargo holds an indirect interest in the securities listed in Table I by virtue of its indirect ownership of its subsidiary, Capital Strategies.
