(NYSE:JCAP) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Series B Preferred Stock in the amount of $0.4375 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2020. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2020 to holders of Series B Preferred Stock of record on October 1, 2020. The quarterly distribution represents an annualized dividend rate of $1.75 per share.
