Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 19, 2023, Zoran Durkovic notified Granite Ridge Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), of his resignation from his position as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Mr. Durkovic resigned to pursue another employment opportunity and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices. His resignation will be effective December 31, 2023, as he has agreed to continue his duties while the Company finds a replacement Chief Accounting Officer.
