products on display in Dana's booth is the company's TorqueTrak(TM)
series of electronic torque coupling devices. These advancements in
electronic torque coupling technology are Dana's first in a series
of new all-wheel-drive solutions aimed at improving vehicle
mobility. Also on exhibit is Dana's DynaTrak(TM) series of
electronic differentials. Based on the company's proprietary
Hydra-Lok(R) technology, these new electronic differentials are
designed to improve vehicle mobility by providing active,
side-to-side torque control. They have applications across rear-
wheel-drive, four-wheel-drive, all-wheel-drive, and even
front-wheel-drive vehicle platforms. "Our electronic driveline and
fuel-cell advancements demonstrate Dana's commitment to working
with our customers to produce vehicles with better ride and
handling, improved safety, and reduced emissions," said Dana
chairman and CEO Michael J. Burns. "We're focused on delivering
value to our customers and ultimately to the owners and drivers of
the vehicles they make." Dana is also showcasing new fuel-cell
advancements -- demonstrated by a fuel-cell-powered scooter
equipped with Dana components. The technologically advanced scooter
is making its North American debut at Convergence. Visitors to the
Dana exhibit are encouraged to experience first-hand the quiet,
emission-free fuel cell by giving it power. "Dana is committed to
bringing fuel-cell technologies into the mainstream," said Mike
Laisure, president of Dana's Automotive Systems Group. "Giving
people the opportunity to interact with our fuel-cell-powered
scooter and experience the fact that it makes virtually no noise
and has no emissions is a great way to demonstrate how Dana
technology can positively impact the environment." The Dana display
follows the company's "building block" philosophy of product
offerings. Other products on display in the Dana exhibit, Booth
709, include electric power-assist steering and electro-hydraulic
power-assist steering components, electric water pumps and valves,
and connectivity and thermal management solutions. Dana Corporation
is a global leader in the design, engineering, and manufacture of
value-added products and systems for automotive, commercial, and
off-highway vehicles. Delivering on a century of innovation, the
company's continuing operations employ approximately 45,000 people
worldwide dedicated to advancing the science of mobility. Founded
in 1904 and based in Toledo, Ohio, Dana operates technology,
