to announce that Jennifer Pristera
has joined the Company as vice president, human resources.
Pristera has nearly 20 years of experience across the spectrum
of human resources, including leadership development, talent
acquisition and retention, employee relations and organizational
development. As vice president, human resources, Pristera is
responsible for leading the human resources function at GCG.

Prior to joining GCG, Pristera worked at Wyndham Worldwide in a
variety of senior human resources roles, most recently as vice
president, human resources for Wyndham Hotel Group. In that role,
she focused on all aspects of human resources, including employee
engagement, talent acquisition, leadership development, internal
communications, compliance, corporate social responsibility,
diversity and inclusion and sustainability. In addition, she
managed a team of HR professionals and developed and implemented HR
programs and initiatives for approximately 2,000 corporate and
operations center employees globally.
Earlier in her career, she held numerous human resources
positions of increasing responsibility at Cendant Corporation, CA
Technologies, Citibank and ABN
AMRO.

Pristera graduated magna cum laude from Adelphi University with a B.S. in management and
