CLARCOR Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend ROCKFORD, Ill., June 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The CLARCOR Inc. (NYSE:CLC) Board of Directors at the June 21, 2004 board meeting declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.1250 per share. The dividend is payable July 30, 2004 to shareholders of record July 16, 2004.
