Bairnco Corporation Reports Dismissal of 'Transactions Lawsuit' Against Bairnco Affirmed LAKE MARY, Fla., April 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bairnco Corporation today reported that late on Friday afternoon, April 9, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed the U.S. District Court's decisions dismissing, in its entirety, the Transactions Lawsuit against Bairnco and all the other defendants. The Court of Appeals affirmed what it described as the District Court's "thoughtful and thorough decisions" dismissing the lawsuit. A Bairnco spokesperson said that the Company was very pleased with the ruling. The NOL Lawsuit was not addressed in these rulings, and that case is still pending. Bairnco Corporation is a diversified multinational company that operates two distinct businesses -- Arlon and Kasco.
