by the Reporting Persons on April 29, 2021 (“Amendment No. 12”) and Amendment No. 13 to Schedule 13D filed by the Reporting
Persons on August 4, 2021 (“Amendment No. 13” together with the Original Schedule 13D, Amendment No. 1, Amendment
No. 2, Amendment No. 3, Amendment No. 4, Amendment No. 5, Amendment No. 6, Amendment No. 7, Amendment No. 8, Amendment No. 9, Amendment
No. 10, Amendment No. 11 and Amendment No. 12, the “Amended Schedule 13D”) with respect to the Class A Common
Stock of the Issuer. Capitalized terms used in this Amendment and not otherwise defined in this Amendment have the same meanings ascribed
to them in the Amended Schedule 13D. Unless specifically amended hereby, the disclosure set forth in the Amended Schedule 13D remains
unchanged.

Item 4.
|
Purpose of the Transaction.
|
Item 4 of the Amended Schedule 13D is hereby supplemented by adding
the following paragraph:
“On November 3, 2021, the Stockholder
sold 47,380,978 shares of Class A Common Stock in connection with the settlement of a Forward Transaction. As a result, the 20% Trigger
Date occurred and GE’s right to designate a director for nomination to the board of directors of the Issuer (the “BKR Board”)
terminated. The Conflicts Committee waived the obligation of the GE designee serving on the BKR Board to deliver his resignation from
the BKR Board for consideration by the Conflicts Committee and such designee (John Rice) will therefore continue as a member of the BKR
Board (but not as a designee of GE).”

amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
“(a) Based on the most recent information available,
the aggregate number and percentage of the Class A Common Stock (the securities identified pursuant to Item 1 of this Amendment) that
are beneficially owned by each of the Reporting Persons as of the date of the Amendment is set forth in boxes (11) and (13) of the cover
pages to this Amendment for each of the Reporting Persons, and such information is incorporated herein by reference. The percentages reported
herein are calculated based on the Issuer’s information as of October 15, 2021 (which includes the exchange of Paired Interests
for shares of Class A Common Stock and the retirement of shares of Class B Common Stock as described in the Exchange Agreement) and the
exchanges of (i) 35,300,718 Paired Interests on August 3, 2021, (ii) 7,882,621 Paired Interests on October 5, 2021 and (iii) 4,197,639
Paired Interests on October 13, 2021, resulting in 166,645,919 shares of Class B Common Stock and 869,968,050 shares of Class A Common
Stock outstanding and, assuming the exchange of all Paired Interests into Class A Common Stock, a total of 1,036,613,969 shares of Class
A Common Stock on a fully exchanged basis.”
Section (c) of Item 5 of the Amended Schedule 13D is hereby
amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
