Airline offering bonus miles for donations, employees volunteering in relief effort PHOENIX, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- America West Airlines (NYSE:AWA) today announced it is encouraging its FlightFund members to participate in the relief effort for victims of Hurricane Katrina by offering members 500 miles for every $50 donation made to the American Red Cross relief efforts. The offer is good through Oct. 31, 2005.
