Mexico City, May 31, 2023. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (“AMX”) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX], pursuant to article 106, third paragraph, of the Mexican Securities Market Law (Ley del Mercado de Valores), informs that it is unaware of the causes of its shares’ (Series “B”) unusual operations volume occurred today. As part of AMX’s share buyback program, today AMX acquired 4 million Series “B” shares.
