On June 7, 2023, the Financial Condition Report (the “FCR”) for Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (together, the “Company”) for the year ending December 31, 2022 was published on the Company’s website, www.aspen.co, in the “Investors” section under “Other,” “Solvency Reports.” The FCR has been filed with the Bermuda Monetary Authority and includes, among other things, details of the Company’s business and performance, governance, risk management framework, legal, regulatory and compliance structure, risk profile, solvency valuation and capital management.
