The World's Top Squash Players Will Compete February 5-10 in Portland LAKE OSWEGO, Ore., Jan. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- West Coast Bank (NASDAQ:WCBO) is the presenting sponsor of the inaugural $30,000 Evergreen Oregon Open Squash Championship, which will feature many of the world's best squash players. The tournament will be held at the Multnomah Athletic Club ("MAC"), one of the finest athletic clubs in the U.S., February 5-10. MAC's own two-time US National Champion, Julian Illingworth, a recent Yale University graduate who turned professional early this year, will return to Portland to compete in the championship. Mohsen Mir, the MAC Assistant Squash pro, and the two promising, nationally ranked juniors, Charlie Wagner and Adam Perkiomaki, will also compete. The Rose City Classic Adult and Rosebud Junior Squash Tournament, the premier, amateur squash tournament in Oregon, will be held in combination with the Evergreen Oregon Open Championships.
