Fourth Vancouver Branch Will Open in March 2006 VANCOUVER, Wash., Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- West Coast Bank (NASDAQ:WCBO) has named 27-year banking veteran Lihua Lennox Vice President and Branch Manager of the company's newest branch in East Vancouver.
