Total Logistic Control Announces 10-Year Rail Service Agreement MILWAUKEE, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Total Logistics, Inc. (NASDAQ:TLCX) (TLI) announced today that its subsidiary Total Logistic Control (TLC) has entered into a new 10-year exclusive contract to provide railcar switching and placement services with the City of Rochelle, Illinois. Railcar switching and placement services are provided to industrial rail users on the City's lead track. TLC has provided rail service for six companies located in Rochelle, handling approximately 4,500 railcars per year. The City is extending its lead track more than three miles and a number of additional rail users have made commitments to locate in this important rail corridor. Rochelle is strategically located at the most eastern intersection of the main lines of both the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) and Union Pacific (UP) railroads. William T.
