Contract Contract Marks 14th Long-Term Project Since 2001

(NASDAQ:TLCX) announced today that its subsidiary, Total Logistic
Control (TLC) has been awarded another long-term contract to
operate a dedicated distribution center for a major Fortune 50 food
company. This new customer relationship for TLC marks the 14th
long-term facility management contract awarded since the company
entered this business in 2001. TLC will be taking over this
distribution center operation, located in Seattle, Washington in
July 2004 and will provide complete turnkey management, including
warehousing and distribution services for a diverse family of high
quality food service, club store and retail soup products
distributed throughout the United States. Commenting on the
