jury trial it has received a "defense verdict" in the personal
injury case, Samuel Powers v. TASER International. After a short
deliberation, the jury returned the verdict in favor of the
Company, not accepting the position and arguments put forth by the
plaintiff. The suit alleged that the Company was responsible for
injuries sustained by a former Maricopa County Sheriffs Deputy
during a training exercise in which he was briefly exposed to a
