On August 13, 2024, Siyata Mobile Inc., a British Columbia (Canada) company (“Company”), that is a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (“PoC”) devices and of cellular signal booster systems, issued a press release announcing that the Company will report its second quarter 2024 financial results on Thursday, August, 15 2024, and will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time on Friday, August 16, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
