Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 7, 2008, Quest Resource Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release in which it announced the appointment of Thomas A. Lopus as Executive Vice President – Quest Eastern Resource. Mr. Lopus will direct all of the Company’s natural gas and oil exploration and production activity in the Eastern United States. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
