Pac-West Telecomm Announces Expansion Into Utah Company Expands Western U.S. Footprint to Address Demand From Service Providers Looking to Partner With Pac-West in Additional States STOCKTON, Calif., June 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pac-West Telecomm, Inc.
