(1) Seijin Ki is the sole shareholder, officer and director of Pelikin Group, Inc.
(2) The shareholder, former CEO of the Company surrendered 100,000,000 shares. Mr. Ki or Pelikin Group did not receive any compensation for surrendering the shares. These shares were surrendered so as to allow the Company to have shares available for possible acquisition and or Private Placement. This is not to say the Company will issue the shares for acquisition or issue shares pursuant to a Private Placement.
