OPNET Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:OPNT), a leading provider of solutions for managing networks and applications, today announced it has launched a subsidiary headquartered in Singapore with direct sales and support responsibility for the Asia-Pacific region. OPNET Technologies Asia Pte. Ltd.�s activities will be led by veteran IT sales executive Mr. Bruce Pipes. In addition, staff and consultants will be located in Beijing, Hong Kong, Bangalore, and New Delhi. Prior to joining OPNET, he was Managing Director, Asia Pacific, for Network General Corporation. Before that he held sales and executive management positions with McAfee/Network Associates in Asia-Pacific and Europe.
