May 15, 2023, iSun, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release
announcing its financial and operational results for the fiscal
quarter ended March 31, 2023 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the
Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is
incorporated herein by reference.
