D., the Chief Scientific Officer of Intercell AG (VSE: ICLL), will speak today at the Biotechnology Industry Organization's International Convention at a breakout session titled "Breakthrough Technologies, Burgeoning Business." The session will begin at 4 p.m. in room 30A of the San Diego Convention Center. As previously announced, Iomai and Intercell AG have entered into an agreement whereby Iomai has agreed to be acquired by Intercell AG.
