The 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) will be held at The Woodmark Hotel, 1200 Carillon Point, Kirkland, Washington 98033, on Monday, December 13, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. (local time).

Proposals to be considered at the Annual Meeting:

 

  (1) to elect nine Directors to serve for the ensuing year and until the next Annual Meeting of stockholders of the Company;

 

  (2) to ratify the Selection by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP as independent auditor of the Company for its fiscal year ending December 31, 2010;

 

  (3) to consider and act upon any other business that may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment(s) thereof.

Management recommends a vote “ FOR ” Items 1 and 2.

The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on October 22, 2010 as the record date (the “Record Date”) for the determination of stockholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting or any adjournment(s) thereof.
