Inc. (OTCQX: HRTH) (the "Company"), a leading global customer
experience company, today announced that the Company has met the
stringent financial, liquidity and corporate governance listing
requirements of the Nasdaq Global Market® ("Nasdaq"), and the
Company has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq.
Trading on Nasdaq is expected to commence at the market
open on December 1, 2021, and the
shares will trade under the ticker symbol "HHS". The
Company's shares will continue to trade on the OTCQX under the
symbol "HRTH" until trading on the Nasdaq commences.
Shareholders are not required to take any action as a result
of the uplisting and symbol change.
