Two Industry Veterans Join Frontier Management Team

New additions bring more than 40 years of aviation and industry
experience DENVER, April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Frontier
Airlines Holdings, Inc. announced two additions to its executive
management team. Jim Young is the new Vice President of
Distribution, Sales and Marketing. Young has more than 15 years of
experience in the airline and travel industry, with a heavy
emphasis on distribution. His experience includes stints at
Continental Airlines and Intercontinental Hotels Group. "I am very
excited to be joining Frontier at this particular time in the
Company's history as there are some truly dynamic opportunities
ahead of us," said Young. "I think Frontier has a great long-term

company on May 1, 2008, is Tom Bacon. Bacon will be the new Vice
President of Planning and Revenue Management, and he comes to
Frontier with nearly 30 years of experience in the airline
industry. Most recently, Tom worked as the Vice President of
Planning for Mesa Air Group. In addition, he spent more than 20
years with American Airlines in senior management roles including
Vice President of Financial Analysis and Senior Vice President of
