Collins Industries Explores Sale Process

HUTCHINSON, Kan., June 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Collins
Industries, Inc. (OTC:CNSI) today announced that it is exploring a
possible sale of the Company. George K. Baum Advisors LLC has been
retained as its financial advisor to assist with this process.
There can be no assurance that a transaction will result, and the
Company does not currently intend to disclose developments in the
process unless and until its board of directors has approved a
specific transaction or the process is terminated. Collins
Industries, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of ambulances (including
