(OTC BB: CHNG), one of the leading providers of pipeline natural
gas for industrial, commercial and residential use and compressed
natural gas (CNG) for vehicular fuel in Xi'an, China, today
announced that the Company will attend the Rodman & Renshaw
Annual Global Investment Conference, held on November 10-12, 2008
at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City. Management is
currently scheduled to present at 9:30 am ET on November 12, 2008.
The three-day conference will feature more than 250 companies in a
variety of sectors, including energy, steel, metal & mining,
