(NASDAQ:AFFX) will replace APP Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:APPX) in the HealthShares(TM) Enabling Technologies, Cytos Biotechnology AG (SWX, Switzerland: CYTN) will replace APP Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:APPX) in the HealthShares(TM) Infectious Disease Index.
