today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of
$0.22 per share of common stock for
November 2014. The dividend is payable on December 5, 2014 to common shareholders of record
as of November 28, 2014, with an
ex-dividend date of November 26,
2014.
The Company also announced today its estimated net asset value
("NAV") of $25.71 per share of common
stock as of October 31, 2014.
The estimated NAV as of October 31,
2014 is net of the Company's October
2014 common stock dividend, which was paid on November 7, 2014. The estimated NAV as of
October 31, 2014 is unaudited and has
not been verified or reviewed by any third party. The Company's
current NAV may also be materially different from its estimated NAV
as of October 31, 2014. The
