Result of Annual General Meeting

YCO Group plc (the "Company") announces that at its annual general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were passed on a poll.

Accordingly, the cancellation of admission of the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM will become effective at 7.00am on 3 July 2012 and the last day of dealings in Ordinary Shares will be 2 July 2012.
