The Company confirms that on 26 June 2007 it sent out its Report and Accounts
for the period ended 31 December 2006 ("Accounts") and notice of Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders.


Following the posting of the Accounts and notice of AGM, the Company's AGM will
now take place at the offices of Halliwells LLP, 1 Threadneedle Street, London
EC2R 8AW on 20 July 2007 at 10.00 a.m.
