Dear Shareholder

Further to the ever developing situation between Russia and Ukraine, in addition to the suspension of the determination of the Net Asset Value and the issue and redemption of Shares as well as the right to convert Shares of the Sub-Fund (as notified to investors on 1 March 2022), we hereby inform you that Deutsche Börse XETRA (the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) ("XETRA") has issued an announcement on 03 March 2022 stating that trading in the Sub-Fund's Shares on XETRA "will be suspended at the end of today's trading day [03 March 2022] for the protection of the public until further notice" (https://www.xetra.com/xetra-en/newsroom/xetra-newsboard/XETR-Aussetzung-Wertpapiere-Suspension-of-Instruments-EOD-2982128).

Shareholders will be kept informed on any developments including the lifting of the suspension by XETRA on www.xtrackers.com.
