As required by the terms of the Company's warrants, the Company has posted a
notice to warrantholders reminding them of the final date for exercise of the
subscription rights attaching to the warrants. Copies of such notice are
available, free of charge, from the offices of Credit Lyonnais Securities,
Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2DA, up to and including 23 May
2001.
