The Board of Waterline announces that Mr Timothy Hutchinson, Marketing Director,
has sold 15,000 ordinary shares at 88 pence and 20,000 ordinary shares at 83
pence in the Company on 15 December 2006 and 18 December 2006 respectively.


Timothy is now interested in 200,000 ordinary shares, representing l.53% per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
