                          Director's Grant of Options


The Board of Waterline announces that it has today issued options over 139,860
Ordinary Shares at an option price of 71.5p to Mr Steven Steel, Finance
Director.

These options are exercisable for a period beginning on 7th August 2009 and
ending on the day prior to the tenth anniversary of the Date of Grant.

Steven Steel currently holds 300,000 Ordinary Shares representing 2.29% of the
Company's issued share capital.
