                            NOTICE OF FINAL RESULTS

                          APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL PR

Waterline Group plc ('Waterline' or the 'Group'), one of the largest suppliers
to the fitted kitchens industry within the UK, announces that it will be
releasing its Final Results for the period ended 31 March 2006, on Monday 3 July
2006.

The Group is also pleased to announce that it has appointed London-based 
Bishopsgate Communications Ltd as its Financial & Corporate PR adviser, 
effective immediately. In addition to promoting the overall Waterline brand and 
business strategy, Bishopsgate's role will comprise of articulating the key 
differentials of the business to current and potential shareholders.

Waterline provides a one-stop shop for top high street kitchen brands, supplying
retailers and builders merchants. The additional services that Waterline 
provides to its customers such as training, product advice, stock management and 
logistics differentiate it from more conventional distributors and provide the 
opportunity for the Group to achieve higher margins.
