World Travel Holdings PLC ("the Company")


The Company has been notified that, on 18 June 2001, a pension fund in which
Mr John Biles, Chairman of the Company, is beneficially interested bought, and
Mr Biles sold, 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.  Both
transactions were effected at 12.5p per share.  Mr Biles' beneficial interest
in the Company's issued share capital is unchanged as a result.
