The Directors today announce that Frank Tiller has resigned from the board of
the Company with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Frank for his
contribution to the Group over the past 20 years and wish him luck in his
retirement.

The Company are pleased to further announce Steven Steel has been appointed as
Chief Financial Officer of the Company and will sit on the operating board of
the Group. Steven joined Waterline in 2004 from PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Steven
is 36 years old and a certified chartered accountant.
