Director/PDMR Shareholding

West Pioneer Properties Limited (AIM:WPR), announces that it was informed on 31 March 2011, that Nitin Dattani, Executive Director of the Company, acquired 49,733 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22.1p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Dattani is the beneficial owner of 149,733 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
