THE WORKS MEDIA GROUP PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

The board of the Company was informed that Crispin Barker, a director, acquired
on Friday 18 April 50,000 shares in the Company, at a price of 1.74p.

As a result, Mr Barker has an interest in 33,605,000 ordinary shares in the 
Company, representing 22.78 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 147,502,437 ordinary shares.
