                              DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS



The board of the Company was informed that Crispin Barker, a director, yesterday
acquired 50,000 shares in the Company at a price of 1.885p per share.


As a result, Mr Barker has an interest in 32,630,000 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 22.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.


The issued share capital of the Company is 147,502,437 ordinary shares.
